Participation & Safety Acknowledgment
I understand that this class involves hands-on activities using art materials and tools, including pencils, pens, brushes, clay, and related supplies.
I agree to participate (or allow my child to participate) at my own risk and to follow all safety instructions provided during the class.
I release the instructor and hosting venue from liability for accidental injury, illness, or property damage that may occur during normal participation in the class.
I understand that this class is not medical or therapeutic instruction.
I confirm that I (or my child) am physically able to participate and will notify the instructor of any relevant allergies, sensitivities, or special needs.
This is a community-based class, and we’re committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.
For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to this waiver.
I understand that some classes may be held in private homes or businesses and agree to participate at my own risk in those settings.
Class Locations
Classes may be held in professional studios, community spaces, private homes, or local businesses. When hosted in a private space, participants acknowledge that they are entering a non-commercial environment and agree to participate at their own risk. All classes follow the same safety guidelines regardless of location.

By hosting a class in your home or business, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are voluntarily providing the space for a community-based class.
The class involves normal, low-risk activities (writing, drawing, basic art materials).
Participants will be covered by the standard participant waiver.
You are not acting as an employee, partner, or agent of the class organizer.
The class organizer is responsible for instruction and materials.
You understand that normal household or business risks apply.
Hosting is informal and community-oriented, and no commercial venue obligations are implied.
